In the rare event that you don’t like what you see, or you change your mind about your purchase, you are welcome to return your package within 7 days of your order date. Custom/bespoke orders and personalized / monogrammed items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Defective Items

Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives. We stand by the quality of our products. Each item is inspected before shipping. However, mishaps can unfortunately occur during shipping/handling. Should there be a rare occurrence of a damaged/defective/wrong product, please email us pictures within 3 days of receiving the package. We will take care of the rest.

Exchange and Returns

Please do not accept any order if the seal is broken/unsealed at the time of delivery.

To be eligible for exchange, kindly follow the below-mentioned guidelines:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging (i.e. box & bag).
  • Your item needs to have the invoice or proof of purchase.

Cancellations

  • Cancellation is applicable only before the shipping of the item.
  • An order cannot be cancelled if the order has already been shipped.
  • However, the exchange will still be applicable according to our policies.
